G21 Constructions Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the G21 Constructions website (the “Website”) and the services offered by G21 Constructions (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services:
G21 Constructions offers a variety of design-build services for residential projects, including:
Architectural design
Construction and supervision
Interior design
Project Scope & Changes:
A detailed project scope will be outlined in a separate agreement for each project.
Any changes to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing by both parties before work commences.
Payments:
A payment schedule will be outlined in the project agreement.
Payments are typically due in stages throughout the construction process.
Late payments may be subject to late fees.
Warranties & Guarantees:
G21 Constructions warrants that all work performed will be in accordance with industry standards and applicable building codes.
We offer a standard warranty on our work (details will be outlined in the project agreement).
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, or damage caused by external factors.
Limitation of Liability:
G21 Constructions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Website or our services.
Intellectual Property:
All content on the Website, including designs, plans, and text, is the intellectual property of G21 Constructions or our licensors.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content from the Website without our written permission.
Termination:
We may terminate these Terms or your access to the Website for any reason, at any time, without notice.
Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Karnataka, India.
